Addressing Unmet Needs in MS:
An Innovation Challenge


Select finalists will present their innovative solution addressing an unmet need in MS at the virtual summit. One entrepreneur will be awarded the 2021 Lyfebulb-Bristol Myers Squibb Innovation Award, including a $25,000 monetary grant to grow their company. Applicants must be a Patient Entrepreneur (someone who has been affected by MS either as a patient or support partner for a loved one). Applications are open through Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 11:59 PM EDT.

  • Please attach a 2-page (maximum) non-confidential Executive Summary of your business:

    • a. Your story and describe your idea
    • b. Technical explanation of the concept, including an explanation of the technical feasibility
    • c. Evidence of how you have you used innovative and effective technologies to scale up your idea
    • d. Business plans, including development and commercial plans, as well as the team behind the project, patent status, and funding raised to date
  • Optional: Upload a short video (less than five minutes) showcasing your idea and explaining the problem and how it has the potential to help other people affected by MS
