Thriving with Transplantation

APPLICATION

Select finalists will present their innovative solutions with the potential to improve outcomes and experiences for those affected by transplantation at the virtual summit. One entrepreneur will be awarded the 2021 Lyfebulb-CSL Behring Innovation Award, including a $25,000 monetary grant to grow their company. Applicants must be a Patient Entrepreneur (who have been affected by chronic disease as either a patient or support partner for a loved one and started a company to develop solutions to an unmet need identified in their disease journey). Applications are open through Friday, February 19, 2021, at 11:59 PM EDT.

    • a. Your story and describe your idea
    • b. Technical explanation of the concept, including an explanation of the technical feasibility
    • c. Evidence of how you have you used innovative and effective technologies to scale up your idea
    • d. Business plans, including development and commercial plans, as well as the team behind the project, patent status, and funding raised to date
