Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl Recipe: This yummy breakfast or even brunch dish can be prepared with normal pesto sauce or vegan pesto sauce. It provides you with your daily source of protein thanks to the eggs and Buckwheat, which is a fruit grain that it is naturally gluten-free and full of vitamins and minerals such as zinc, copper and potassium. Preparation total is roughly 35 mins since it requires the Buckwheat to boil for about 30 mins, but you can let it cook while getting ready for your day! Mix pesto, hemp seeds, parsley leaves together in the Buckwheat, add poach egg to the top and then bon appetite!

Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl Recipe:

(Serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup Cooked Buckwheat
  • 1/4 cup Pesto Sauce (Preferably Vegan)
  • 1 egg ( poached)
  • Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

Salt and Pepper to taste
