Do you follow any food bloggers or Instagrammers? If you do, you might have noticed posts similar to these, especially with vegans.

This is my favorite way to eat a variety of fruit and seeds in one bowl. They are packed with nutrients, they’re super quick and easy to make, and they’re a BURST of flavor in your mouth!

All you need is any fruit of your choice (blueberries, pear, banana, raspberries, mango, etc), seeds (like flax, hemp, and chia), oatmeal, and any other toppings you want (like nuts, chocolate syrup, and shredded coconut). Then, just place in whatever arrangement you want or throw them all in a bowl and enjoy!
